We've had a few work and learn experiences by now, so here's your chance to roll up your sleeves and make a difference while practicing some of the skills we've learned the last few months.

We'll be coming together to install a high tunnel, shed, and community sign, so whether you're a pro or simply eager to lend a helping hand, all ages and abilities are welcome!

Safety is our top priority, so please remember to dress appropriately for the weather, wear closed-toe shoes, and bring your own gloves and water.

KC F.A.R.M.E.R.S. (aka Kansas City Farmers and Ranchers for Mentoring, Education, and Resource Sharing) Coalition is a project led by KC Farm School at Gibbs Road and Kansas City Black Urban Growers Inc. (KC BUGs). It was developed with seasoned growers and ranchers to provide support, community, and hands-on education for aspiring and new growers and ranchers across the Kansas City region and to transition/preserve farmland for the coming generations.
