Rain barrel workshop at market!

Join us this year for multiple hands-on workshops about the why and how-to of harvesting rainwater from a high tunnel. This series is a collaboration between Jacob Chapman of Moose Paw Farm, Sharon Autry of Herdsman House Farm and KC Farm School.

RAINWATER HARVESTING OFF ANY ROOF TO A RAIN BARREL

KC Farm School in Wyandotte County, Kansas.
This workshop will be held in the Community Education Booth at KC Farm School’s Farmers Market.

Two sessions will be offered, at 5:30 pm and 6 pm to walk through how to construct a rain barrel system with David and to see how it is in use at KC Farm School’s office.

Although registration is NOT required, those that register in advance will be eligible to win a free rain barrel system that may be picked up on on-farm on Wednesday, June 12th between 3 and 7 pm at KC Farm School’s Farmers Market Community Education Booth.
